International Motor Freight was established in 1975 and operated from a small terminal in Bergen County, New Jersey. As our business grew, we found it necessary to relocate to a larger facility. Our vision was to become the number one carrier in the Port of New York/New Jersey.

In 1981, we moved to our present location in Port Newark, New Jersey. Over the years the terminal has grown in size to the seven-acre facility that we operate today. Our strategic location, in close proximity to the ocean terminals and rail ramps, affords us the flexibility to react to the unpredictable nature of our business.

Our fleet consists of late model tractors, supplemented by dedicated owner-operators. Company trucks and drivers give us total control over the fleet, which equates to reliable, on time deliveries to you. IMF maintains a Satisfactory Safety Rating as issued by the U.S. Department of Transportation.

The cornerstone of our organization is "Premier Customer Service." We have established strong "partnerships" with our valued customers, built on integrity, leadership, and teamwork. Our relationships within the import/export community have also played an integral role in the development of our customer base. Whether large or small, all customers receive the same high level of service that they deserve.
